Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made through ireadPDFs are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products cannot be physically returned.
  • Access to downloaded files is considered proof of delivery.
  • Refunds are not automatically granted for accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of compatibility with your device.

Eligible Refund Situations

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • You received the incorrect digital product.
  • The product description was materially misleading.
